Refunds & cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours before start for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
If the other party does not join within 10 minutes of the start time, you can file a no-show.
Tips go mostly to your reader; Veil takes a 15% platform fee.
Paid bookings follow the cancellation window above. Chargebacks and disputes are reviewed case-by-case. Tips are generally non-refundable once paid. Eligible card refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
